For furniture and other heavy/fragile goods, we use specialist freight couriers.

Please note - Certain products are available in Australia only. This will be clearly written in the description.

Once your order is placed, we endeavour to dispatch within 2 working days. Deliveries usually take around 10-20 days but can take longer depending if it is handmade to order or during busy periods. 

For regional areas and international orders, your order may take slightly longer.

For orders which are handmade to order (stated in the description), these may take slightly longer to dispatch. Please allow up to 5 days for dispatch plus the normal delivery time.

We understand sometimes when shopping online, items are not as you envisioned, or you change your mind. If this is the case, please contact us via [email protected] within 7 days of delivery and we will offer a refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Faulty or damaged goods may be returned for a replacement or refund. Please communicate with us via [email protected] if your item is faulty or damaged so we can authorise a replacement or refund for you.

Items cannot be returned or refunded if they have been used, worn or damaged after receiving.

We are not responsible for the transit of products, and are not liable for delays, delivery damage or breakages during transit.

Shipping is included in the listed price.

For Australian orders, the price includes GST (10% Goods and Services Tax).

For international orders, local import duties or taxes may apply. These are not included in the listed price.

You can browse the store in your own currency but will be billed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
