We offer delivery of our products in Australia for FREE. 

We offer shipping of most of our products for a flat fee of $12.95 AUD to these countries: Europe, New Zealand, United Kingdom and United States of America, or for FREE if you spend over $75 AUD.

For furniture and other heavy/fragile goods, we use specialist freight couriers.

Please note - Certain products are available in Australia only. These will be clearly labelled.

Once your order is placed, we endeavour to dispatch within 2 working days. Deliveries usually take around 10-20 days but can take longer depending if it is handmade to order or during busy periods. 

For regional areas and international orders, your order may take slightly longer so please allow up to 30 days for these. 

For orders which are handmade to order (stated in the description), these may take slightly longer to dispatch. Please allow up to 10 days for dispatch plus the normal delivery time. 

Interiors Made Beautiful offers a variety of payment methods including PayPal, Debit and Credit cards (including Visa and Mastercard).

We understand sometimes when shopping online, items are not as you envisioned, or you change your mind. If this is the case, please contact us via interiorsmadebeautiful@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we will either offer a refund or store credit.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Faulty or damaged goods may be returned and must be approved by Interiors Made Beautiful. Please communicate with us via interiorsmadebeautiful@gmail.com if your item is faulty or damaged so we can authorise a replacement or refund for you.

Items cannot be returned or refunded if they have been used, worn or damaged after receiving.

We are not responsible for the transit of products, and are not liable for delays, delivery damage or breakages during transit.

The price listed is in Australian Dollars and includes GST (10% Goods and Services Tax).

For international orders, local import duties or tax may apply. These are not included in the listed price.

For international orders, shipping is an additional $12.95 AUD which is not included in the listed price but it is FREE if you spend over $75 AUD.
